A refined, market-ready workspace that blends base-build quality with a fully furnished, plug-and-play working environment.

Alexandra Marrs Interior Design was appointed to provide interior design consultancy for a combined Cat A and Cat A+ fit out at 80 Cheapside, a prestigious commercial address in the heart of London. The brief was to transform the 5,658 sq. ft second floor into a premium, market-ready workspace that would appeal to high-calibre occupiers looking for flexibility, quality and immediate usability.

The design approach balanced commercial clarity with a refined, contemporary aesthetic, combining base build upgrades with a fully furnished, plug-and-play environment. The space was shaped to feel polished and practical, with flexible work settings, meeting areas and breakout spaces carefully planned to support a range of working styles.

My role focused on creating a design-led interior that aligned with the building’s prime City location and the client’s leasing strategy. Through spatial planning, finishes, furniture specification and design coordination, the project delivered a workplace that felt considered, professional and ready for occupation.
